I think you can't set it if the site you want to include in your bookmarks does not use favicons. In case any of the mods or admins want to add a favicon, you have several online favicon creators like genfavicon or dynamic-drive, that generate high quality favicons. Another thing, not all web browsers support favicons, even for bookmarks (IE7 I think)
