I think, michelstadt(?) has only removed some english descriptions in the dat-files: In older version you could transport for example "wine" and "Wein".
Hmmm, market selling marzipan... must tell my wife, she might get interested in simutrans ;)

Yes, we try to create a timeline in industry and if possible different factories for each region. But it´s hard with our little team.
For example, maybe in the next version, you will find three factories for furniture. In the foreground is placed the existing, in Background the new factories:

The look very nice.
I also appreciate wine and beer have not been deleted - as in factorybuilder I can see still wineyard and brewery.
