Beginner price factor changes 'just_in_time' setting as well which keeps continue generating cargo regardless of demand.
I'd like to have a detailed setting option to be able to
,out side of beginner mode, to alter the price of all cargo.
This will facilitate the general game balance testing I believe.

It seems rather too crude for balancing to me, but on the other hand I think it could be useful for a semi-beginner mode.
The facilities are all there. It is rather trival. Any one want to try this?
