How does boost on final freight consumption in end consumer industry(building) toward the population growth factor?
Is it considered fully served as long as all freights are constantly stored regardless of boost or not? Thus power/pass/mail boost is purely freight consumption volume booster?
Or, is it possible to set some actual goal consumption speed with boost?

Ah, dat file is written so that final consumer can not be boosted and producer and processors must be boosted to match the demand of final consumer.
Then it wouldn't matter.
