some are in the original texts in English
Usually the english translators are satisfied with "bridge cannot start here!" or so, while the german/japanese/... ones write: "A bridge can only start on a singel way tile and must end either on a single way tile or a matching slope." and so on. And for pak64 the english translator are mostly dormant.
For a while, we were satisfied with "Die Brücke ist nicht frei" :D
(still miss that...)

It is legitimate, because the same text it is not exported.
There are also some things in German.
no export by 'object text' == 'translate text'
The background would, German and English are usually never 100%, since many texts are in the original in German or English.
