The German forum is down due to reaching its 2 GB quota, which aparently also crashed the login server for FTP ... (I think I really need to change the hosting.)
Das Deutsche Forum ist offline, da ich das Speicherplatzlimit erreicht habe und das gleichzeitig auch das FTP-Login verhindert. Ich werde mir wohl einen neuen Hoster suchen müssen.

Es ist nicht so, als das ich nicht auch andere Hoster in petto hätte. Nur ist der Umzug eines Forums halt viel Arbeit. Das wollte ich eigentlich im Januar machen, wenn mein persönlicher Umzug abgeschlossen ist ... Und das 2 GB quota schlug schon bei 1.92 GB zu.

edit: For the record, all servers are unmanaged on bandwidth, i.e. no limit. I can push TB of data safely.
Könnte man dies nicht mittels "einer kleinen Spende von jedem Nutzer erweitern". Auf 3 oder 4 GB?
Couldn't this be expanded by "a small donation from each user"? On 3 or 4 GB?

Pascallok will mehr Hochlademöglichkeiten und Neuausrichtung nach Umzug.
Und wie Wiki damals rettete war wird Simutrans-Forum umgebaut soll.
Danach wartet neues Konzept für Simutrans-Bildhochladung u. Umbau des Erstellen im Thread.

I will have to delete some attachments and then will put the server only again. I was traveling offline the last three days.
EDIT: There is a nonzero chance, that the whole forum is lost, at least the user database. Further investigation is under way.
The database was restored from an backup. Six very old attachments were lost, but otherwise the forums seems to run stable again.
