Title: Speed limit of Tram track higher than street
Post by: blitzmaster on March 07, 2009, 05:22:52 PM
hi!

if you build a tram track on a street with the limit of e.g. 50 km/h, the tram track anyhow will have it's 90 km/h limit. but in reality, I think, it isn't so, that trams can go faster than cars, if the tracks are built directly on the street...

I don't know if this is only a pak64 "limitation" or if this "problem" does exist in other paksets...

I think that when on a street, the speed limit of the street is enforced.  That limit will apply for the sections of the track built on bare ground.

you're right, isidoro
I didn't watch a tram on a track, but only looked in the info window of the track on the street
sorry for this unnecessary topic
