NOTE: it's my first map, sorry that i wasted so much space on desert and water

You should add a image to be a preview for us.
Also the desert and water is just a question of changing the climate settings.

Works for me - but the mountains are a little too extreme.

I think the mountain heights are okay. If anything, they could be even taller.
Looks like a volcanic island.

It is supposed to be a volcanic island. It is a fantasy map that I drew from scratch in Gimp.
