Simutrans 110

i use simutrans version 110 but i have the signs that only busses drives only
but this is the point
1. i can't turn the sign from left to right or up and down
2. they dont work any more on normal city cars

and i want to make tje RET Citaro but i have the map of makeobj and the pgn and dat files

but how does it works
