I can't seem to connect a grain farm to a grain mill.
When putting a station next to it, it gives a generic name of a close by city instead of...grain mill something.
The two factories do have a contract so its not that.
Is it that the field is to large and I can't get the platform close to the "farm house"?
Try building a road across the fields to a point closer to the farm building and then build your station/stop. You'll lose a small amount of grain production due to the lost field tiles, not not a great deal.

This is only temporary since the fields will regrow if space permits as the factory produces.
I see, I can just destroy the fields....fun fun
