I am using OO calc.
I have columns for each value and rows for each object.
sed on a csv file can certainly do the trick.
thanks prissi, will definitely try it out.
What is sed? A typo or a program? Sorry for my being ignorant...

Thanks a lot, never heard of it before.
Is there any Windows equivalent? It could also be done programmatically, but it would mean creating a new tool from scratch...
I'm trying this one out. http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/sed.htm
