Title: way blend files
Post by: kierongreen on June 07, 2012, 04:54:04 PM
Quick question - are there blend files for all rail and road types now or is colour tweaking used to generate some the different types (I'm thinking especially railways)?

Short answer - no. I made some roads using textures rendered in blender an using your road pngs as templates to cut the shapes to. I'm not sure about the new railways that jamespetts has done though. Blend files do exist for narrow gauge. Anything in particular you were after?

Any and all ways, elevated ways and bridges. I'm having to rerender most ways (due to some being rendered as shadeless) and adapt the blend files for latest simutrans project I'm working on. Any there aren't source blends or textures for I'll have to create ones.

A lot of the bridges I drew a few months ago don't have blends, or at least not for the whole object. May I ask what the project is?
