Title: Did you know? Strange or peculiar transport laws in your area
Post by: ӔO on July 14, 2012, 03:27:49 PM
In Ontario, Canada, you may drive a full length bus, typically 12m, with a regular light vehicle driver's license. Provided you do not have seating for 10 or more people and the vehicle does not exceed 11t.

This is the same license you use to drive a car.

You only need around 6m to fit 9 people in a single vehicle.

In Western Australia,

In major routes (such as freeway) all Trucks with heavy loads MUST use the left most or centre lane. (which kinda make sense)

There is no LAW that states that a Semi Trailer cannot over take another Semi Trailer.. even if its going uphill very very very slow.. (**** i hate that!)
