Title: "Unload only/no pickup" option in schedule?
Post by: lolek on July 20, 2012, 03:54:33 PM
Is there any way to prevent cargo train from picking up any cargo at destination? What I want is 3 routes:

Steel mill <-- coal mine1 --> power plant <-- coal mine 2

But Simutrans tries to route coal from coal mine 2 to steel mill via power plant. In larger networks I end up with stations full of goods I didn't want to move, with no vehicles scheduled to pick it up :/

This has been asked many times before. The answer has always been "no", so I guess it still is. The only solution I'm aware of is to split up stations. In your example, it would be the the station at the power plant.

@Iolek   If your game was started with cross-factory turned off (default) in the config file this might help. Remove coal mine #2 and rebuild using player mode and factory builder. Manually connect coal  mine #2 to power plant but not  to steel mill.  No factory connection ( goods contract) should mean no shipments.
