1. in latest version(?s) in dialogues of factories appeared three numbers in line of consumption of any source
the first one is amount of really storaged source
the third one is how many source can be storaged in factory
and what is that the second one?
2. In lines of some suppliers/consumers appeared symbol of cargo - does it mean that factory marked with this is not full (in case of consumer) or empty (in case of suppliers)?

On 2/
It means that in this month there was cargo set on transport to/from the factory.
In this way you can see the active connections from a factory.
