Goods AI companies set off causes a crash with the following error:

Seems primarily to happen on developed maps. Not sure how to exactly recreate.

Thanks for the report. This is an absolutely stupid bug. This failure condition can be easily caught.

Edit: Indeed AI related.

Edit2: Should be fixed with r6139
