Line management dialog would be a great place to give collective orders to vehicles grouped in a line.
Currently you can just withdraw all.
I would add:
- send all to depot, when you want to update them or just suspend the service e.g. because of planned works on the ways
- start all in depots, to start vehicles in depot but already assigned to the line or sent there using the previous order
- withdraw obsolete, to withdraw only the obsolete vehicles
- add one vehicle, to clone the newest vehicle assigned to the line and start it
- withdraw one vehicle, to withdraw the oldest vehicle assigned to the line
These orders could come in a drop box: you select the order and press an "execute" button.

That sounds like an amazing idea. I love every single idea presented there - that would make running lines so much easier!
