I haven't well understood you question, so you :
_ haven't a goods icon on your station extension icon (in toolbar) ?
_ haven't a goods icon in your station widow ?
_ haven't a specific oil icon ?

Oil is belong to goods so since you station have a an extension or a station which accepts goods, you entire station will accept goods, as oil as coal as iron ore as steel bars as sand as meat as other refrigirated good as ........

Ok ... I think you we're talking about adding more oil buidings to increase load capacity, weren't you?  :-\

I thought you were talking about another icon appearing around the goods icon, like a oil type icon (near the mini-crotte icon), but you were probably talking about stashing more goods... probably... by how much French I seem to know... :o ::) ;) :D

So:
