Title: How does one "correectly" update a pak?
Post by: Moe Ron on February 16, 2013, 06:14:25 AM
I've already installed and unzipped the file for pak128 2.2.0, running on simutrans 112.1, yet when I click the "pak128" button at the pak selection menu and allow it to load as 2.2.0, the supposed content is not wholly there. How should one properly update paks?

I didn't understood much you question too.
But to properly update you delete the old folder and install again.

To be safe, I just rename the old directory, so I have something to go back to. That is perhaps not so important if you have the old zip file lying around.

If you use the installer, it will do it correctly for you anyway ...
