My trains are now stopping in the middle of platforms. This would be nice if it were not for the fact that they stop exactly half-way through the platform or one tile further, regardless of their length; this means that some trains end up with several tiles of train hanging off the further end of the platforms, unable to drop off or take on passengers.
hmm, that's strange. Only trains shorter than the platform should stop in the middle.

If the head of the train stops at the middle of the platform, then this should apply only to trains shorter than
half the platform length. But I thought the intention was that the middle of the train stopped at the middle of the platform.
Best wishes,
Matthew
yeah, that's exactly what it does when I play. Middle matches middle.
What? Trains stop in the middle of platforms now? Which version is this?
I should note that this is the latest RC. I do not know of whether it behaves properly in the latest official release.
Trains also stop in the middle of non-terminus platforms in version 10.27, but there is a bug in the Release Candidate which means that their length is not properly taken into account when they do this, which must be some artefact of merging the 10.x branch into the 112.x branch. Thank you everyone for reporting this.

Will it be updated (when fixed)? It's kind of a game-breaker.
I have now fixed this on the 112.x branch.
