Can't provide a good save example yet, but this keeps happening on and off is an example:

The trains will occasionally not just stop at signals; they will stop in the middle, wherever they were when the game was saved. They will not proceed until you click them and select the next stop in the schedule list. If this is not done, the train will simply remain stopped.

Greenling - is this a confirmed bug in Standard? If so, can you point me to the thread where it is discussed?
Junna - does this only happen with choose signals?
