Since the first topic did not contain the solution,
The passengertrain runs fine, except for one thing: it doesn't load passengers, even though in both stations passengers are awaiting.
What could be the problem?
There is little information to go by, so all I can do is give general advice:
- The passengers don't want to go where the train is heading.
- The train is running in Unload only mode.
- The station is too small, so that no cars are at the platform, just the locomotive and perhaps some non-passenger cars (like mail).
- There are actually two stations next to each other. The passengers are at one, but the train stops at another. Check that there is just one station name. (This also implies the first point, unless there is also another vehicle serving almost the same line as the train. Alternatively, it's a variation of the previous point.)
- The train hasn't been told to actually stop at the stations. (Again, this would also imply the first point.)
Knowing which version of Simutrans you play and with which pak set might help us help you. Some screen shots as well, perhaps even the save game.
