But the translation (google) doesn't make sense to what the class actually does.

Can some one please provide a more accurate English translation?
The translation seems mostly correct to me. Looks like it is the documentation that is wrong.

Looks like the the documentation belongs to the now dead werkzeug_parameter_waehler_t class. Cut, paste and forget I suppose.
