the small map color, sometimes is dark green, sometimes is bright green, how to find the city?

a) On minimap, cities are lots of buildings (gray) and typically have roads (black).
b) Turn on city names? They are white and hard to miss.
c) Turn on city limits - these are bright green and hard to miss as well...

For this one: click on "Selections", then "Cities". The city names will be displayed.
