Dear, I have more than 30 trucks jammed at a way, which way is best to solve it?

Hard to say without screenshot.

But there may be possible these ways:

1. One way signs (on parallel roads)
2. Choose stop signs
3. Building of alternative ways (useful for cities)

Short term (get them moving again) or long term (prevent it from happening again)?

BTW, if I built an alternative way, I found it was very slow for the car to use it.

There usage of one way signs may be needed, too - like in case of parallel ways.

Is it needed to have there 30 trucks?
Wouldn't be better to build there railway?

Really, screenshot would be very useful to help you.

I don't choose trains, because the locomotive is too expensive, I am in 1950s.
