Would appear not to register occasionally, at least not in graph.

If you check my company, the interest payout has been $21,474,836.47/mo since updating to 11.x

maybe there is some kind of integer overflow?

Ah, you might want to set:

quantitative_easing = 0

another thing I've noticed

Companies that handle freight have higher interest rate payouts.
