An oddity since upgrading to 11.3: I cannot build horse omnibuses any more. This is true whether I follow the usual ('Append') method of buying the horses first, or try the reverse ('Put in front') method of buying the bus first. Other horse-drawn vehicles are available; one difference is that the omnibus is the only one that absolutely requires a pair of horses, but I don't know whether this is part of the problem.

Er, no. As the screen shots attached to my message show, this is a coaching stable, and other horse-drawn vehicles are available. I don't think any other road depots are available at this date anyway (1844).
