The train on the right in the savegame ignores the weigh limit of the bridge.
To reproduce it with the other train you first have to start it. When the message "No route" appears, you have to open the schedule and select the first stop as the next one. The train now keeps ignoring the weight limits of the bridges.
Thank you very much for your report - this has been found and fixed on the 11.x branch.
Not sure if that's the same bug but I have trains ignoring weight limits of bridges in Experimental 11.13.

Can you upload a saved game in which this issue can reliably be reproduced?
I thought max weight was now per tile (when weight per axle not available), not per whole train. Maybe I'm getting confused about it?
Ahh, yes, Zeno raises an important point: if a bridge is shorter than the train, only the proportion of the train's weight that is on the bridge at any one time counts towards the limit. So, for example, if the train is 200t and the bridge weight limit is 100t, the train can still cross the bridge if the train is at least twice as long as the bridge.
That would explain it nicely. In my case the train is 4 tiles, the bridge is 3 tiles. Train weight is 224 tonnes, bridge can have 200 tonnes.
Here's a save game anyway: http://simutrans-germany.com/files/upload/Bridge.sve
Save centered on the bridge in question, train will cross in a few seconds. :)
Ahh, yes, this would appear in that case to be correct behaviour. Thank you for reporting in any event.
