Title: 11.7 does not start, MSVCP100.dll

Says said DLL is missing on the computer, though it is present both in the windows system and the game folder.

You actually need MSVCP110.dll, which is included in the current .zip files. This is because I switched to using Visual Studio Express 2012 for the latest release (11.7).

I see, they were new and I forgot to extract. Works now.
