Title: Airplanes can't find the route in r6736

Something broke the airplanes pathfinding code since r6732. In r6736 all of the airplanes can't find their route suddenly.

Dwach can it be your fix to the dragging signals bug? (I'm just guessing...)

r6737 should make it work again :)
