I thought .... In place not to display the vehicles can not leave the depot, it would be better to make them gray? In this way everyone is informed of the existence of the vehicle and the need to modify the infrastructure to use it, leaving this commit you may not know that there is a vehicle.

I did think about this, but I designed it this way to be consistent with how the game treats electrification: electric vehicles are not displayed in depots which are not electrified. Since way constraints and electrification are closely related in their purpose and function (indeed, way constraints are often used to mark different types of electrification), it would be confusing and inconsistent behaviour if electric vehicles were not displayed in a non-electric depot, but, say, 3rd rail DC electric vehicles were displayed in an overhead AC electric depot.
