Title: Crash, can't open shipyard

With latest commit 97b5de and with pak128.Britain-Ex from git, starting game, cancel dialog, build shipyard in ocean tile, click on shipyard: Crash.  Fedora 19, Linux 64-bit.

Should be fixed now on the 11.x branch - thank you for the report!
