Strange value of buildings and workers for this small town.

I use 11.x branch.

The 11.x branch should give the same results as the master branch and the current release version. Do you see this issue frequently? The way in which population is dealt with is substantially changed in the 12.x branch (and a number of newer branches based on it, which will eventually become the basis of the next major release), so I am somewhat reluctant to try to fix a now obsolete system if it is not a significant problem.

I've seen these things as well, almost certainly it's because the town hall is boxed in between map border, river and textile mill.

It it happens to me I just make another map and the problem is gone. :)

The city borders are way too large, almost 200 tiles. The center of the city surely lies elsewhere.
