To help balancing and so on I created a complete list of the contents of this pak in a format readable by all spreadsheet and database editors, tab delimited text.
It should include all vehicles, ways and buildings including all of their stats. Basically it is a export from what is listed in Zenos MassiveDataEditor. I added some fields like comfort, axle load and loading times. But I might have missed some fields that may be interesting to you.

Some details are missing.
The most important one is maintenance cost of ways. A big amount of your income is lost to this so I imagine it is pretty important to know.
The type of way is missing (it lists BrickAqueductNarrow, BrickAqueductTub and BrickAqueduct all as "water" when in Experimental they are different levels of water which support different vehicles). Like wise with Vehicles it does not fully list the ways supported.
I'll add maintenance to the list, and also "max weight" for ways.
And I'll try to add permissive and prohibitive information.
Some of the missing stuff is due to multiple entries in one dat-file, at the moment only 1 entry (I think the last) actually makes it to the list.

For the way constraints it's just the highest constraint at the moment.

I made some changes to my program, it now lists all variants of a vehicle, even if they are in the same .dat file. A summary of a most likely slightly outdated version can be found here:

Where do I find the current source files? I am too blind to find the right link right now ;-)
The next thing that I plan is to make a small programm that can use this data to calculate information helpfull for balancing from this file. For writing that program its not crucial to have the newest version of the .dat files, but as soon as there are some results I should be working on the newest version.
