I have noticed that city buildings destroyed some of my power lines and transormers. I rebuilt them, and they were quiclky buit over again. Power lines seem to coexist with buildings but transformers are lost. This happens only if the puwer lines are owned by public player. Human player's power lines and transformers seem to be safe. The cities where this happended are limited in space and have nowhere else to grow.
