Title: Upgrading electrified track
Post by: Person012345 on September 03, 2014, 03:41:58 AM
I was wondering if there was a better way of upgrading track electrification type (eg. going from a third rail system to an overhead system) than deleting each tile's electrification individually and replacing it. It's especially a pain when it comes to stations because stations delete before the electrification does.

This is on Pak128 Britain. I don't know if it's specific to that but yeah.

There should be a drag based remove electrification tool. Use that to remove the electrification from the segment before dragging on new electrification.

I know in experimental there is such a tool in their pak128 Britain but I am not sure about standard. I do know that in RC120 and newer pak128 standard such a tool exists so if it is missing you are either using an old version or the pak set (pak128 Britain) has not exposed the function as its experimental counterpart has.

Ah, thank you. I couldn't find this tool because at least in this pak it has the wrong icon (a landscaping icon) and is called "Remove wayob j track" which didn't mean anything to me. But now clicking it I see that's what it does. Thanks.
