The old scenario "cars" is unplayable in the new simutrans landscape, so here is a new one:
Version 0.2.02 for simutrans 120.0.1 r7356 and pak128 r1490

- new name "produce cars", to replace scenario "cars" in pak128
- nearly same target, amount changed from 1 to 200 cars
- new map, same size
- new landscape, with lakes to enable shipping
- enable translation, if required also city names
