Title: [r7363] Platform with [dims=1,1,16] drawn wrongly above a double height slope

Platforms with [dims=1,1,16] built on a start tile of a bridge above a double height slope and on the adjacent flat tile are drawn wrongly. Please refer to the attached image.

should be fixed in r 7735
