See the tankers going from the dock to the gas station in the city over a road I built that has since been absorbed into the city roads. Inbound, they ignore speed limits all the way into the city, but outbound, the behaviour is normal.

I don't know if it's related, but trains/trams don't seem to decelerate at stops any more. They mostly seem to stop dead.
