Title: Reading low level config data
Post by: goodnight033 on April 26, 2015, 12:21:59 AM
Hi all,

I have been playing this version of Simutrans for like 2 years and nothing went wrong.  Suddenly this popped up:

It is stuck in this screen and no further lines will appear.

Can anyone help and see what is the solution to this?

Thanks!

My best guess is that something must have happened to simuconf.tab or settings.xml. The latter is the easiest to find and do something with, as it's by default located in the Simutrans directory in your documents folder. You can try renaming it, or even deleting it (which will naturally reset several settings, but the only one that's bothered me when I do that, is that sound comes back on).

Good to hear, but for future reference, which part of the advice helped?

It is the settings.xml, I deleted it and ran Simutrans again.
