Filters without scroll bar (GUI Themes)
I had mentioned this problem (http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=14125.msg139714#msg139714) before, I guess no solution is possible for this (or at least an easy).
So I wonder if you can move these filters using the mouse wheel independently, without the need to that the scroll bar be visible.

I wanted to go into bug reports. Maybe I clicked accidently one further down.
The truth is that had no intention of making this a bug, but that but he gives.
I guess it's better to fix the original bug, than try to hack your proposed workaround.
Should be also fixed (together with some other bugs with scrolled lists) in r7600

It works great with theme highcontrast-theme. :D
But I have noticed a strange behavior when trying to move the bar using the theme.blank.

If the elements defined are larger than the minimum size they need to fit in, this is the result.
However, there should no bar visible in the first instance. What theme did you use, and what did you do exactly?
EDIT: THere are wrong offset in the images in that theme. Furthermore, without sources I am blaming the theme.
