I want to play the NYC scenario without any of the restrictions of the scenario and be able to switch between players. I've already tried open the save file itself, but it's not letting me switch users. I found an older version of the scenario that lets you switch around, but it needs a password to do so. Is there a way to edit scenarios to make them regular games? If not, does anyone have the password for the old version so I can actually edit the game?
You can copy the sve file into you regular save game folder. Then it will not find the scenario and should load as a regular game. To remove the password protection, you can try to save the game as an older version; but you will loose some features and statistics doing so.
