Makeobj 55.4 (windows) doesn't start.
Error message says that it requires libpng16-16.dll.

hmm. 55.4 wasn't part of this release, I just corrected the link in the announcement to actually point at the correct file. I guess it hasn't worked since it was originally uploaded in November, where were the bug reports then...
yes, this was an 'old' executable, from November iirc.
