When there is a directional (blue reservation) in place, the red reservation does not reach the next signal ahead by one tile. However when there is no blue reservation, then the red reservation is OK - up to the signal. Alas, I cannot reach my server to upload a screenshot.... but it shall be easy to spot on the savegame I posted in the other thread. http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=15271.0

Thank you for the report. Do you find that this causes any practical problems?

No problems (so far). Just that it looks like the reservation ends one tile before the signal. However it may be indication of some bug depper in the logic.
