I have created two companies : one manages passenger network and second one manages goods network.
because of first one, the production rate of factories increased and therefore second one is getting profit.
passenger company is loosing its wealth and will be bankrupt soon, if it goes bankrupt, all passenger things (setting schedule, buy convoy etc.) need to be started again with a new company.
I want to give some money to first one.
so how can I do that?

I don't believe that's possible, unless there's a cheat that can be explored.
It would be nice to have a few cheats like that available, but so far no programmer has thought it worth their time. :)
You can cheat adding more funds if you save as XML, then you can edit the funds to any value.
You could do it once by sending convois to other players depot (making the schedule before they were built). But that does not work any more.
There is also the money bag, a vehicle with a negative price. Buy as many as you need to avoid bankrupsy, but never sale them!
