It's been a know problem for a week, but apparently, this is a problem Isaac only alerted "the inner circle" of. Last update I've seen, which I think was in some random discussion where attachements were relevant, is that he is still waiting for answers from deeper down the support chain.
You are "inner circle" (or at least not the outer, we may not know if there are others), so you should already know, but now everybody can find this.
