Title: Change of height in sliced mode

Hi, everyone.

I found a bug in r8151.
We can normally change the height of the sliced mode using "Home" and "End" keys.(I only know about Windows, the keys might be different in other OSs.)
However, in r8151, we cannot heighten the height while we can lower it.

Not true, you can, but only until the highest elevation on the map. (But it ignores elevated ways, and that needs a fix.) Check r8153

The keys used depend on pakset. Pak128 uses different keys for changing slice height than pak64.

I've checked r8153.
