Title: r8163 Snow not applied on tram rails on bridge's start.

Simutrans rr8163 (120.2.2) for Linux 32 bits
See attached picture. The tram rail on the bridge's start should use its snowy graphics. This snow is from summer/winter snowline, no climate editing here.
