Probably a week or so ago that I last made a new map.
Tried it today. Current nightly crashes on me during map generation, the blue progress bar says connecting cities. Seems to happen at every attempt to make a new map, tried it about 10 or 12 times now.
Crash also happens with Intercity road length set to 0 and number of cities to generate set to 2. :)
Thank you for the report - this has now been found and, I think, fixed. I should be grateful if you could let me know whether this is now working for you.
Created about 10 new maps of varying sizes and other parameters with the new build, no new crash found. Thanks, James!
And the first created map even had a town called St. James Kesworth. :)
