While looking for something else, I came across these two books, I bought them about 35 years ago.
A social history of England - by Asa Briggs,
A new history of England (410 - 1975) - by L.C.B. Seaman.
Do you have copies of these books?
If not - I will scan through them to see if any 1750+ data can be gleened from them.
But I think they are more general than specific.
I do not think that I have those, so any relevant data would be appreciated.
